We were very comfortable, had a great view, and everything we needed was there. Having the boat slip, my son was able to take his boat and he and his bride had pictures made on the boat where they met, it made their day more special. I will reccommend this place to my friends, and if I need to Getaway, I will be calling to reserve it again. Thanks Todd.

This rental property was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for our families, a total of 10 people. Our most fun things while at the rental were enjoying the horses in the morning, cooking together in the spacious and well stocked kitchen, and relaxing on the patio. We had everything we needed and all of us enjoyed staying at this place. Thanks, Todd, for helping make our stay a great one!!

The house was clean ,well stocked , and close to everything. In fact just a nine iron to the golf course and minutes to the slip where we moored our boat. We will be back again and would tell anyone to check this out. Thanks Todd for all your help in making our stay very enjoyable.

What helped was that the cabin was well stocked,clean,and very accommodating for our party of 10. We had 5 teenagers/young adults and they were able to have their own space in the basement. The laundry room/front loader washer and dryer were awesome!! The location of the cabin was a plus because we were at the marina everyday to go out on the boats and jet skis. Highly recommend this place and would rent again.

We have stayed in every cabin, tent, rental house and hotel known to man. The house we rented on the Dale Hollow trip was by far the nicest, cleaniest and best stocked rental we have ever stayed. We plan to make this a regualr trip and hope to be able to get this rental every year.

Being located just outside the park entrance it is convenient to golf, hiking, and the marina (although you will need to drive to the marina). We spent a great week at the house and will likely come back in the future.

We cooked evry night in the spacious and well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed time with our friends and family playing games and watching movies in the family room area that provided seatting for all. I especially liked sitting out under the ceiling fan on the outdoor patio after a hot day on the water. This was perhaps the best vacation we have had as far as convenience to the marina and comfort in our rental property. Thanks Todd for providing this wonderful home.

From: Cincinnati, OH 45245-3015 Rating: Positive	Comment: This home had plenty of room. The washer & dryer unit are very nice to have during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we would normally have at home. Sofa's are all very comfortable, with ceiling fans almost in every room. The beds and bedrooms were roomy and accomodations for sleeping was huge. The porch out back was roomy with plenty of seating. The porch on the side next to kitchen was our favorite place to be in the morning before we went to the lake and after we returned. The Lake distant is not as far away as I had originally thought. It is very close to the lake. We are planning to return again on our next vacation. Todd Daily was a pleasure to work with, with getting us information on hospitals, stores, ANY information we needed. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Rating: Positive	Comment: The place was certainly more roomy than the pictures and was perfect for our family reunion needs with the younger folks be able to stay at the resort. I'm sure anyone staying appreciates your efforts to make the place convenient. Oh, everything we needed to prepare dinner was in the kitchen. We prepared spaghetti one night and the other grilled out. Thank you for thinking ahead.

There was plenty of room and everyone had a geat time. The adults had the carport for outside "adult time" and the kids had the downstairs. We were less than 5 minutes to the State Dock marina. We know we will be back next year. The cabin contained everything we needed and was spotless!
