Rental Deposits
- All rental damage deposits are $250.00 and $11.00 per person per day above 8 guests.
- Damage deposit will be refunded within 5 days after report from cleaning staff.

Payment Schedule
- Due within 10 days of receiving Rental Agreement:
Reservation deposit in the amount of 25% of the total charges/fees. This will reserve your stay.
- Due within 45 days of your arrival date:
Remaining 75% of the total charges/fees.

Cancellation/Refunds
- Cancellation at least 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
We will refund your reservation deposit in full.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
We will refund the tax, damage deposit, and applicable cleaning fee but we reserve the right to keep the rental
amount. If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or
a pro-rated share, as appropriate.
- Sorry, no refunds for weather, late arrivals, etc.
